An op. amp. has an offset voltage of $1 \mathrm{mV}$ and is ideal in all other respects. If this op. amp. is used in the circuit shown in the given figure, the output voltage will be (select the nearest value)

  1. $1 \mathrm{mV}$
  2. $1 \mathrm{~V}$
  3. $\pm 1 \mathrm{~V}$
  4. $0 \mathrm{~V}$.
