Let $\mathrm{x}_1(\mathrm{t})=\mathrm{u}(\mathrm{t}+1.5)-\mathrm{u}(\mathrm{t}-1.5)$ and $\mathrm{x}_2(\mathrm{t})$ is shown in the figure below.
