Question

Two and a quarter hours back, when seen in a mirror, the reflection of a wall clock without umber markings seemed to show $1.30$. What is the actual current time shown by the clock?

• A. $8.15$
• B. $11.15$
• C. $12.15$
• D. $12.45$

just try to think about the mirror image for GREEN u will get the answer

edit : i messed up a little bit it's not (2 and 3) but (1 and 2)

you can treat this as an example though

Reflection of time is 1:30

so actual time is ( 11:60  -   1:30 ) = 10:30

here mentioned 2:15 hrs back

so add it to 10:30

we got  12:45

the actual current time shown by the clock is 12:45

For Mirror Imaging:-

If minutes given are 00 subtract with 12:00 hrs,

If minutes given are more than 00, then subtract the given time from 11:60 hrs

So present time = 10:30 + 2:15 = 12:45
